How do I pay?
After choosing your plan, press Pay. A secure Razorpay window opens, where you can pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app), by debit or credit card, by netbanking or by wallet.
When will my subscription start?
As soon as your payment goes through, usually within a few seconds. We let you know, and Digital issues open straight away.
What if something goes wrong with my payment?
Please do not worry. If a payment fails but money leaves your account, your bank returns it within 5 to 7 working days. If anything else is wrong, write to us on WhatsApp with your reference, which starts with SNM-.
Is the magazine in Hindi or English?
The magazine is written in Odia only. The website is in three languages so that anyone can subscribe.
How does the print copy reach me?
We post your copy to the address you give us, each month. You can change your address yourself, and we tell you when each copy has been posted.
Can I read the magazine on my phone?
Yes. With the Digital or Both plan, sign in on your phone, tablet or computer and read. You can swipe through pages and zoom in to make the text larger.
The print looks small on my phone. What can I do?
Choose Easy Read at the top of the reader. The stories appear as large, clear text, and you can make the letters larger still. The printed page is always one tap away.
Can I subscribe for my parents?
Yes. Enter their address for the print copy, and your own email if you will look after the subscription: you sign in with it.
