Payments and refunds

How you pay

You pay securely through Razorpay, by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet. Your plan starts as soon as the payment goes through, and we let you know. We never see your card or bank details.

If a payment fails

If money leaves your account but the payment does not go through, your bank returns it automatically within 5 to 7 working days.

Refunds

If you change your mind, write to us within 7 days of paying and we will refund the full amount, as long as no printed copy has been posted to you yet.

For any other problem with your subscription, write to us and we will put it right. A refund goes back to the account or card you paid from, and reaches it within 5 to 7 working days.
